How to change a fuel filter on a 1999 ford expedition e.b. ?

my 98 explorer's fuel filter is located under the vehicle on the drivers side near the seat. they say you have to bleed the system, but you dont. just unscrew the clamps and remove the fuel lines and install the new one the same way the arrow points and thats it. mine is still working fine!
